How it Works
Steps
List your property on our platform: Listings are free! That means free extra publicity, free marketing. Really, a no-brainer - as you have nothing to lose!
We can also list your property in MLS, on major listing platforms and syndicate sites, run adds for you, or take professional photos etc. for a flat fee.
We'll share the listing with our network: We have thousands of potential buyers that have signed up with us - all looking for opportunities. We'll target the ones that are most closely aligned based on match.
Receive and manage interest and offers: We provide you with a dashboard where you can manage all your offers, seamlessly communicate with potential buyers, and sign legal documents. We'll help you make sure the entire process is fully in compliance with all state and real estate regulations and laws.
Close the sale: We will help you automate and manage the entire closing process with peace of mind and ease. This includes help ordering titles, managing appraisals, inspections, closing attorneys etc.
We do charge a small flat fee at closing, ranging from $500 - $2K depending, however this is marginal when compared to the thousands that you would have traditionally paid in realtor commissions.
